Fitowa collects the information needed to count your steps accurately, personalise your experience, and process rewards. This includes account details you provide, activity data from your device, and - with your permission - approximate and precise location.

Why we collect it

Data powers step tracking, location-based discovery, gym recommendations, meal personalisation and reward validation. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Your controls

You can turn off individual permissions at any time in your device settings or in your Fitowa profile. You may request a copy of your data or delete your account by contacting us.
